Job summary

Vertex Marketing Group builds AI creators and produces content for real accounts. Your role is to build a scalable, photoreal AI content engine and drive costs down while maintaining quality, with ownership of outcomes.

You will run ComfyUI pipelines with LoRAs on rented GPUs, automate end-to-end workflows using Claude Code, MCPs and agents, and scale distribution across many accounts and surfaces. Direct collaboration with the founder and a small, sharp team is expected.

Qualifications

• Able to build a ComfyUI pipeline with character LoRAs on rented GPUs
• Experience with Claude Code, MCPs and agent workflows
• Ability to distinguish signal from hype quickly and justify it
• Knowledge of cost-per-piece and strategies to halve costs
• Based in Europe or Latin America with strong English writing

Vertex Marketing Group builds AI creators and makes the content for real ones. Today one good AI video clip costs us a few dollars on hosted tools. Your job is to get that quality for a fraction of the price, then run it at a scale nobody else does. You own the outcome.

What you'll do

• Build and run the content engine: ComfyUI, character LoRAs and video models (Wan, Kling, Seedance) on rented GPUs, producing hundreds of pieces a day across creators
• Drive the cost per piece down until top-tier motion and video costs a fraction of what hosted tools charge
• Engineer characters and formats for reach: test, read the views, kill what does not travel, double down on what does
• Automate it with Claude Code, MCPs and agents: batch runs, quality gates, dashboards, so output scales without adding people
• Get it seen: account setup and operations, multi-account publishing, distribution at scale across many accounts and surfaces

Requirements

• You have built a ComfyUI pipeline with character LoRAs on rented GPUs where one face holds across hundreds of pieces, and you can show it
• You build with Claude Code, MCPs and agent workflows, and you have automated something end to end that runs without you
• You can tell good from hype from brain rot in two seconds and say why: light, skin, hands, head size, sign text, edit style
• You know the cost per piece of the last thing you built, and how you would halve it
• Clear written English at minimum, perfect is better. Based in Europe or Latin America

Big plus: a development, infrastructure or IT architecture background, and experience running many Instagram accounts. We want a nerd about the tech and the content, both.

Compensation

$4,000 to $6,000 per month, full-time, remote. Where you land in the range depends on what you show us. Same rate from day one of the paid test. Reviewed after 6 months.
