Job summary

Scrambly is a fast-growing adtech startup delivering a reward-powered alternative to traditional app stores. We seek a Video Editor to own the edit stage of our creative production, shipping dozens of new concepts weekly across TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, and Google Ads.

You will work with the Creative Producer and team to ensure narrative strength, pacing, and on-brand style while leveraging AI tools to speed up production and keep quality high.

Qualifications

• Strong storytelling and film-structure fundamentals.
• 3+ years of professional video editing experience with diverse formats.
• Hands-on with popular AI video platforms and tools.
• Knowledge of current AI news and tools for production workflows.
• Proficiency in professional editing software (FCP, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere).
• Understanding of motion graphics and After Effects.
• Organized, fast, reliable, and able to ship at volume.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Edit video content across formats with clear narrative structure (hook, escalation, payoff).
• Apply professional editing standards: shot selection, rhythm, color grading to shape emotion.
• Iterate on creatives using performance data and testing.
• Generate AI footage with platforms and integrate into final renders.
• Deliver per-platform final specs for TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, and Google Ads.
• Collaborate daily with the Creative Producer and editing team in a fast feedback loop.
• Identify creative-policy issues before launch and refine the editing playbook.
