Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth of our clients' apps & ecommerce businesses through outstanding, performing creatives.
  • Develop creative strategies: craft and execute a clear 3-to-6-month production roadmap to hit KPIs, including angles, approaches, USPs, hooks, and content.
  • Write compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences, drives engagement, and converts.
  • Stay ahead of trends by identifying and creating viral, high-performance campaign ideas.
  • Understand brand identities, distill USPs, and translate them into creative solutions addressing customer pain points.
  • Build and lead your creative team; communicate ideas effectively across teams and collaborate with creatives, media buyers, and clients.
  • Persuade stakeholders and clients to adopt bold, unconventional strategies.

Required Experience & Skills

Hard Skills

  • Extensive experience in performance marketing for apps or D2C ecommerce.
  • Proven expertise in paid social platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.
  • Excellent copywriting skills that build trust and drive action.
  • Ability to leverage data and intuition to spot and create trends.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design.
  • At least 2 consecutive years of experience in performance marketing.
