Qualifications

  • Expérience en marketing de performance pour applications ou ecommerce D2C.
  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en marketing de performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth of our clients' Apps & ecommerce businesses through outstanding, performing creatives
  • Develop Creative Strategies: Craft and execute a clear 3-to-6-months production roadmap to hit performance KPIs that includes clear angles, approaches, product USPs, hooks, content, etc.
  • Copywriting Excellence: Write compelling ad copy that resonates deeply with target audiences, drives engagement, and converts.
  • Trendsetting Production: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and even creating trends that can be leveraged for viral, high-performance campaigns.
  • Client Collaboration: Understand brand identities, distill their core USPs, and translate them into creative solutions that address customer pain points.
  • Team Work: Build your Creative team & Communicate ideas effectively across internal teams and collaborate closely with creatives, media buyers, and clients.
  • Persuasive Influence: Convince stakeholders, clients, and collaborators to adopt bold ideas and rally behind unconventional strategies.

Required Experience & Skills

Hard Skills

  • Extensive experience in Performance Marketing for Apps or D2C ecommerce
  • Proven track record of developing performance-focused creative for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other key platforms.
  • Ability to craft ad copy that grabs attention, builds trust, and drives action.
  • Skilled at leveraging data and intuition to spot trends, adapt quickly, and create buzz-worthy content.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor or higher in Design
  • At least 2 consecutive years experience with performance marketing
