Job summary

Voodoo, the creator of BeReal, is seeking a Creative Strategist to lead a squad of creative operators and own BeReal's creative production. You will turn product and user-acquisition insights into globally impactful campaigns.

You will manage a small team, recruit and coach talent, analyze performance, and push for best-in-class results across channels while upholding candor, freedom, and responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of performance marketing experience in mobile apps.
• Proven track record leading high-impact projects.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Values candor, freedom and responsibility in work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and drive creative production for BeReal based on product and user acquisition strategy.
• Lead a team of 2–3 people: recruit, coach and raise talent density.
• Analyze team performance, define actions, and hit KPIs.
• Discover new creative concepts and share best practices with other teams.
• Lead key projects to test new tools and improve processes.
