Une entreprise de services de design à la demande recherche un Chef de Projet Créatif passionné pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l'opportunité de façonner l'avenir de l'entreprise en gérant des projets pour des clients français, tout en dirigeant une équipe talentueuse de designers. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de la communication avec les clients, de l'analyse des briefs et de la direction artistique pour garantir la cohérence et la qualité des livrables. We support marketing, digital, and communication teams—as well as agencies—in crafting all their graphic needs, including digital, print, branding, presentation, illustration, web design, and motion design.

As we continue to experience strong growth, we are looking to hire a Creative Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to actively shape our business, grow with us, and lead a team while managing projects for our French clients.

Your Mission :

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
• Analyze and verify client briefs to ensure completeness, clarity, and alignment with project objectives.
• Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact.
• Lead and guide a team of designers, ensuring they meet creative and strategic goals.
• Provide clear art direction to maintain design consistency and brand alignment.
• Perform quality control on design deliverables to uphold high creative standards.
• Coordinate and streamline workflows, ensuring timely project completion.
• Support designers’ professional growth, helping them expand their skill sets.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable school / university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Creative Project Manager, ideally within a fast-paced design or agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma, with a strong understanding of design principles.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to assess and refine creative briefs.
• Detail-oriented and structured, ensuring precision in project execution.
• Consistent and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid design knowledge, covering graphic design, presentation design, motion design, and branding.
• Ability to lead and mentor designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Excellent client relationship management, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); French is a plus.
