We’re launching an independent, global Side Events agency — born out of Chain of Events, the creative force behind @ParisBlockchainWeek and @RaiseSummit, but designed to move fast and free. Our focus? Curating unforgettable experiences during the world’s biggest tech, AI, and blockchain events — in Paris, Lisbon, Miami, Singapore, Davos, Dubai, and beyond. You live for client events that look good, feel right, and run smooth. You know how to get it done — but you’re not just execution. You’re a creative partner in the pitch room, too.

We’re looking for a Creative Event Producer to join our launch team and bring world-class side events to life, from ideation to lights-on.

Your Role
  1. Before the signature:
  • Co-create creative concepts with BD
  • Propose ideas, formats, visuals, and moodboards
  • Source the best venues, providers, and partners
  • Support pitch and proposal development
  • After the deal is signed:
    • Lead end-to-end event production: timelines, suppliers, budgets
    • Source and negotiate with venues, AV, catering, décor, etc.
    • Coordinate teams (tech, artists, hosts, etc.)
    • Ensure every experience is immersive, on-brand, and smooth
    • Travel and operate globally when needed
    You Bring
    • 3+ years in event production, brand activations, or experiential marketing
    • Visual eye + logistical brain
    • Tools: PowerPoint / Canva / Notion (Figma / SketchUp = plus)
    • International mindset + fluent English
