About the Role

We’re looking for a bold, versatile Creative Designer to support our Creative Director in producing high-quality visual assets for mobile UA and ASO. You’ll create graphics, videos, and performance-focused creatives across all major platforms — and you’ll have full creative freedom, as long as it performs.

We want someone who’s not afraid to use AI tools like Sora, ChatGPT, MidJourney, Kling or any platform that boosts creative scalability. We think creatively, we move fast, and we back it up with a serious budget for creative production — UGCs, tools, freelancers, templates, whatever you need to hit our KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging ASO assets (screenshots, icons, feature graphics) for iOS & Android.
  • Edit and produce mobile static/video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other UA channels.
  • Own creative output from brief to delivery, in partnership with the Creative Director.
  • Use modern tools — AI, templates, editing platforms — to scale creative testing.
  • Support UGC projects and external creative production as needed.
  • Maintain high visual quality and conversion-first thinking across all deliverables.
  • Bonus if you can work with HTML5, motion graphics, or light animation for richer ad formats.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in design, video editing, or creative production for mobile apps or digital ads.
  • Strong background in video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut)
  • Solid graphic design skills and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, or others used in creative workflows.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment with full creative ownership.
  • Generalist mindset — you use whatever tools get the job done.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.

Bonus: Familiarity with ASO visuals, UGC workflows, and motion/HTML creatives.
