Main Responsibilities

  1. Plan resource needs for CRAs.
  2. Participate in recruitment if applicable.
  3. Conduct monthly individual meetings with CRAs.
  4. Monitor missions and address challenges.
  5. Ensure continuous training and on-site support.
  6. Perform annual reviews and manage career development.
  7. Approve leave requests in coordination with project managers.
  8. Define site allocation with project managers and organize handovers.
  9. Set and track monitoring objectives.
  10. Review and validate monitoring reports and TMF updates.
