Job Description:

The manufacturing sales team is seeking a senior sales manager to develop the CPGR industry business in CHINA and to increase 3DS penetration and revenue growth on a mid- and long-term basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Defining, obtaining team endorsement, and securing customer commitment on the Customer Value Roadmap for assigned accounts to generate over €5 million in incremental revenue annually for three years.
  2. Building and developing trusted relationships at the executive level and across all organizational levels to ensure sustainable business for 3DS.
  3. Involving 3DS teams and/or C&SI as appropriate to maintain a high-end consulting presence and create new growth opportunities.
  4. Identifying and converting leads into opportunities.
  5. Engaging fully in sales processes to exceed revenue plans.
  6. Providing accurate forecasts for quarterly, quarterly +1, quarterly +2, and fiscal year to meet business objectives.
  7. Managing negotiations in compliance with all engagement processes, regulations, policies, and standards.
  8. Managing the 3DS and client ecosystems throughout the customer experience to ensure overall satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of work experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, with a background in ERP, MOM, and supply chain.
  • Solution selling experience in the CPG or retail industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English communication.
