PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.

Scope

Successful candidates will utilize their proven track record in sales to identify, qualify, establish, and maintain profitable business relationships. They will sell logistics solutions such as 3PL, LLP, and general freight services in the country, targeting large-sized companies across sectors like chemical, life sciences, consumer products, and retail industries. Candidates will be responsible for selling within the assigned country.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead new business outreach and meet/exceed sales goals.
  2. Effectively communicate the Company story, value proposition, and products.
  3. Drive new revenue and increase market share in a defined territory and industry.
  4. Manage and optimize the sales strategy, implementing all aspects of the sales cycle.
  5. Develop long-term strategic relationships with new and key customers.
  6. Meet individual and PSA BDP’s KPIs and goals.
  7. Collaborate with the operations team to optimize global operations and develop services and solutions.
Qualifications to be successful in this role include:
  • A solid background in Freight Forwarding and Logistics at a senior sales level, with proven ability to build relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
  • An extensive customer network across the country market.
  • A proven track record of meeting company KPIs and objectives.
  • Experience in implementing company-wide sales strategies and defining the sales process.
  • Ability to analyze sales pain points and implement solutions.
  • History of winning and retaining A, B, and C level customers.
  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and monthly market forecast.
  • Independent, creative, self-disciplined, with excellent communication skills.
  • Targeting leading companies across multiple industry verticals, including Chemical, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Retail, and Automotive.
Job Requirements
Qualifications / Experience
  • Candidate should possess a university degree.
  • 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics sales, supply chain management, or related fields within chemical, life sciences, consumer products, or retail companies.
  • Experience working within a matrixed environment.
