Strong Business Acumen: Ability to translate market insights into strategic actions that enhance revenue growth.
Matrix Organization Experience: Skilled at collaborating across multiple business functions and international teams.
Exceptional Leadership & Communication Skills: Ability to inspire teams, engage stakeholders, and influence C-level executives.
Fluent in French & English (mandatory).
Flexibility to travel up to 60% across France and occasionally abroad.
