Cost Control Manager – Norway - local contract

YOUR FUTURE ENVIRONMENT

We are in an exciting period of new opportunities in Europe. We are strengthening our international team and have recently opened several positions to work within our EIFFAGE Infrastructure branch EIFFAGE Norge, based in Porsgrunn, Norway.

Eiffage Norge is the main contractor for the E18 Langangen-Rugtvedt highway. The project is a 4-lane 18km long highway including 3 bridges and 2 mains twin’s tunnels (Bjonnas Tunnel 2.5km and Grenland Tunnel 5.1km). It started in January 2021 and will run until the end of 2025.

You will join a dynamic team in Norway with a potential for long-term assignment in Scandinavia.

Eiffage Norge is looking for an ambitious and structured person who will contribute to good quality in the company's financial department. You must have experience in cost control and good communication and collaboration skills. YOUR MAIN TASKS

You will be responsible for overseeing the cost control of the Project, with monthly reporting and budget follow-ups.

Reporting to the Administrative & Financial Manager:

1. Ensure appropriate application of internal control procedures
2. Supervise the cost control staff
3. Perform financial analysis and report variances to budgets
4. Provide the PMT with a financial overview of the Project, enabling them to make adequate decisions
5. Assist with the preparation of budgets
6. Coordinate the monthly progress with the engineers and analyze the variances between budgets and actual costs (end of month and end of site)
7. Prepare the monthly report for the cost control meeting on a timely basis
8. Coordinate the forecasts (activity, costs, cash flow) with the engineers and the PMT
9. Prepare and follow adequate KPIs relevant for decision making

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Master’s degree in finance

At least 3 years’ experience in cost control
