Sephora in Limoges is seeking a store leader to guide the Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance teams. You will coach staff, share product knowledge, and drive an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor.

With a focus on coaching, training, and achieving commercial targets, you will manage inventories, merchandising, and daily operations while inspiring the team to embrace Sephora attitudes and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and team leadership.
• Minimum 3 years in the respective department.
• Fluent in English or local language.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Provide active support and advice for Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care and Fragrance departments.
• Instruct on trends, products and beauty news.
• Oversee floor operations and merchandising alignment.
• Induct new employees and organise training courses.
• Manage inventories and ensure stock availability.
