Fiche de Poste:

1. Scope of activities: Perform some or all of the following activities: Work for the satisfaction of end customers operating aircraft for which the BU holds the type certificate. Respond to technical and logistical questions from end customers and network members. Analyze technical problems in coordination with technical teams. Determine and propose remedial solutions. Monitor the implementation of solutions and test them. Consolidate this data in a CRM around the concepts of Fleet, Contacts, Technical Subjects, Warranty, Maintenance Programs. Participate in assessing the Service Center network. Provide an answer to any simple question relating to AOG (Aircraft On Ground) worldwide via two telephone numbers only (concepts of TBMCare and TBMAOG). Help first-level users by requesting the necessary resources. Follow customer files from the opening of the incident to resolution and closure. Activities need to be adapted for employees on work-study placements (professionalization contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to be in line with their training.
2. Take into account and process QSE alerts reported by staff.
3. Ensure that his/her team has the necessary skills to occupy their positions (QSE training, authorizations, etc.).
4. Support the rise in QSE maturity within his/her sector.
