Airbus Operations SAS is seeking a Corrective Quality Leader FAL A330 (H/F) to join our Corrective Quality department in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team focused on improving quality and safety for the A330 program, involved in resolving complex quality issues within our Green Aircraft team.

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5Whys, 8D, Ishikawa, Six Sigma DMAIC, Kepner Tregoe, PFMEA).
  • Ability to analyze data from various interfaces (GSpace, Skywise, ePPS).
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams internationally.
  • Ability to coordinate teams, prioritize tasks, escalate issues, and communicate effectively.
  • Autonomy, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of industrial ecosystems.
  • Negotiation level English proficiency.
