Your next challenge

Following Pluxee’s spin-off and listing on Euronext Paris, the Corporate and Securities Legal Department seeks a Corporate Legal Counsel, reporting to the Head of Corporate & Securities Legal Department. Based near Paris, you will provide legal support in company law and strategic transactions, collaborating with various Group departments and the Legal Department. Responsibilities include managing the housekeeping of Pluxee N.V., ensuring compliance with Dutch and Euronext regulations, preparing shareholder meetings and reports, structuring incentive plans, and overseeing subsidiaries and legal policies. You will also contribute to legal documentation and support various legal missions based on your skills and interests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a French university.
• Over 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a listed, international corporate environment, with good knowledge of stock exchange regulations.
• Experience in cross-border reorganizations or M&A is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch language skills or additional degrees from Dutch or English-speaking universities are a plus.
• Ability to work rigorously, autonomously, and organized.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ethical standards, and team spirit.
