Qualifications

  • Diplôme de niveau Bac + 5 en droit des affaires exigé.

  • Capacités rédactionnelles, analytiques et de synthèse excellentes.

Responsabilités

  • Contribuer à la conformité des contrats et accords internationaux.
  • Assister dans la négociation et la rédaction d'accords tout au long de leur cycle de vie.
  • Maintenir une bibliothèque juridique organisée et actuelle.

Description

We are seeking a Corporate Legal Advisor for the EIP Group, who will play a key role in supporting the company's growth.

You will ensure the compliance of our contracts and agreements within an international legal environment, helping to manage risks with clients, partners, and distributors.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Contribute to the legal framework for our commercial contracts
  2. Assist in building standard contract norms in a highly international context
  3. Ensure the applicability and compliance of our practices with policies of clients, partners, and distributors, as well as relevant regulatory environments (escrow agreements, patents, trademarks, insurance, orders, etc.)
  4. Assist in drafting internal policies
  5. Identify, anticipate, and assess risks and potential disputes
  1. Management of contractual processes
  2. Identify contractual needs with clients, partners, and distributors
  3. Assist in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing agreements throughout the contractual lifecycle
  4. Develop training tools for internal teams and draft internal policies
3. Contribute to maintaining and improving our legal infrastructure
  • Review and update our commercial contracts to ensure they remain current, compliant, and aligned with business objectives
  • Consolidate fully executed agreements and maintain an organized legal library
  • Monitor legal developments and enrich the company's legal knowledge base
  • Maintain localized contract templates (e.g., End-User License and Support Agreements, Distributor/Reseller Agreements, NDAs, Professional Services Agreements)
  • Ensure software and hardware licenses are reflected on invoices
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and administration to ensure policy compliance
4. IT Security Policies
  • Assist in responses to client RFPs regarding legal/security compliance
  • Review contract clauses related to data protection and IT security under guidance

You’ll be a great fit if you have these qualifications:

Minimum education: Master’s degree (Bac + 5) in Business Law with at least 4 years of experience, including experience in an international environment and in the software sector.

Skills:

  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Knowledge of complex contract rules and procedures
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and synthesis skills
  • High confidentiality and discretion
  • Adaptability, autonomy, professionalism, and availability
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and in project mode
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
