Description

As the Corporate Legal Advisor for the EIP Group, you play a key role in supporting the company’s growth.

You ensure the compliance of our contracts and agreements in an international legal environment, helping to manage risks with our clients, partners, and distributors.

Responsibilities include:

• Contributing to the legal framework for our commercial contracts
• Assisting in building standard contract norms in a highly international context
• Ensuring the applicability and compliance of our practices with various policies and regulatory environments
• Drafting internal policies
• Identifying, anticipating, and assessing risks and potential disputes

Management of contractual processes

• Identifying contractual needs with clients, partners, and distributors
• Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing agreements throughout their lifecycle
• Developing training tools and internal policies

Maintaining and improving legal infrastructure

• Reviewing and updating our commercial contracts
• Consolidating agreements and maintaining the legal library
• Monitoring legal developments and enriching the company's legal knowledge base
• Maintaining localized contract templates
• Ensuring software and hardware reflected on invoices
• Collaborating with sales teams to enforce policies

IT Security Policies

• Responding to client RFPs regarding legal/security compliance
• Reviewing data protection and IT security clauses

You’ll be great for this role if you have these qualifications:

Minimum education: Master’s degree (Bac + 5) in Business Law with at least 4 years of experience, including experience in an international environment and in the software sector.

• Fluency in English is mandatory

• Excellent writing, analytical, and synthesis skills
• High confidentiality and discretion
