Jobtailor in Mérignac, France, is seeking an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer to manage a range of legal matters, draft documents for corporate lifecycle events, and liaise with colleagues and clients. We expect 3–5 years of relevant experience and a Bac+5 degree (DJCE or DESS preferred).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a law firm or accounting/advisory firm preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sector knowledge is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility and team orientation.

Responsabilités

• Manage straightforward and complex corporate/commercial legal matters.
• Provide technical support to colleagues and chartered accountants.
• Draft corporate lifecycle documents: incorporations, articles amendments, share transfers, dissolutions, liquidations.
• Draft documents for restructuring: changes of control, business transfers, capital changes, mergers, asset contributions, universal transfers of assets.
