Jobtailor is seeking a skilled corporate and commercial lawyer to manage a range of legal matters, draft documents for life-cycle events, and support colleagues and accountants. You will oversee annual corporate requirements and liaise with the group’s legal team across sites.

The role requires a Bac+5 in Business Law, 3–5 years of experience (law or accounting firm), and proficiency with POLYACTE. A cover letter is required and priority will be given to applicants with pharmaceutical sector

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation (DJCE/DESS or equivalent).
3–5 years of experience in corporate/commercial law, ideally in a law or accounting firm.
Experience with pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
Proficiency with POLYACTE software; strong organisational skills.

Responsabilités

Manage simple and complex corporate/commercial matters and lifecycle events.
Draft documents for incorporations, amendments, share transfers, dissolutions.
Draft documents for restructurings: changes of control, mergers, universal transfers.
Draft intra-group agreements, shareholders’ agreements, leases.
Handle annual corporate formalities, statutory registers, and invoicing.
