Job summary

Voodoo is seeking a Corporate Finance Intern to join our Corporate team in Paris. You will support the Finance team with monthly reporting, financial analysis, and business partnering activities.

Responsibilities include data extraction and reconciliation for monthly reporting, preparing dashboards for leadership, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, and collaborating across teams using Excel and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Finance, Business).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data.
• Data-driven mindset and numbers orientation.
• Interest in AI applications in finance.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication in French and English.
• Previous experience in finance, controlling or business analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

• Contribute to monthly performance analysis with a data-driven approach.
• Prepare monthly dashboards for the leadership team.
• Support the team's management control activities.
• Assist with forecasting and cost control, including tracking Purchase Order requests.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses based on business needs.
• Assist in key financial planning processes such as budgeting and reforecasting.

ROLE

PROFILE

• You're currently enrolled in a Master's degree specialized in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• You are proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data
• You have a data-driven mindset and enjoy working with numbers
• You have an interest in AI and its applications in finance
• You are proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• You have excellent communication skills in both French and English
• Previous experience in finance, controlling or business analysis is a plus
• Familiarity with BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
