FUNECAP GROUPE is seeking a highly motivated team member to support Corporate Development activities in Paris. You will collaborate with department colleagues on industry research, target screening, and financial analysis to inform strategy and benchmarking.

You will assist in managing projects related to M&A due diligence and Corporate Venture Capital activities, and prepare presentations and memos for senior management on strategic initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Industry and company research
• Review of potential acquisition targets
• Financial analysis and valuation
• Support in business strategy projects and benchmarking exercises
• Project management, including execution of M&A transactions (due diligence)
• Assistance on Corporate Venture Capital activities
• Preparing presentations, memos etc. for senior management on strategic initiatives
