Your responsibilities :
  • Our Corporate Account Managers are “doers”. They connect Ecolab, our field sales teams, and decision-makers in our customers’ organizations. You’ll partner with all three to create solutions that help them achieve their goals. Our team are motivated problem solvers, using industry and technical know-how to exceed expectations.
  • Work with our Food & Beverage customer base to retain and grow your customer accounts in the Food & Protein segment across Europe. Deliver innovative solutions, products, and programs across multiple locations.
  • Lead and manage business reviews at customer and corporate levels.
  • Proactively plan and negotiate contract renewals, supporting our pricing strategies.
  • Partner with and coach field employees to ensure initiative implementation.
  • Develop new business by winning new customers, negotiating, and closing deals within the industry.
  • Produce and present customer proposals, including organizing trials to demonstrate our capabilities.
  • Leverage innovation and business development within market segments.
Your profile :
  • University degree in food science/technology, chemical engineering, chemistry, business, or related fields.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to solving challenges and exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within a diverse, matrix organization.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in Business Development and Corporate Account Management.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
