Responsibilities include:

1. Sales:
   • Manage daily sales activities
   • Understand and apply the different phases of the sales process
   • Train the team in sales techniques
   • Implement and enforce the commercial policy
2. Merchandising:
   • Co-responsible for cleanliness and organization of the store
   • Prepare each layout methodically and organized
   • Set up commercial events
3. Management:
   • Co-lead and motivate the team in store activities
   • Ensure team coverage at all times
   • Develop and help team members grow
   • Promote internal advancement within the company
4. Administration:
   • Co-responsible for cash procedures and shrinkage control
   • Adhere to labor laws and internal regulations
   • Assist in managing budgets
   • Ensure safety rules for property and personnel are followed
