Your future responsibilities:

You will join the End To End Develop domain team, which deploys digital solutions for our entire helicopter development process, from end to end. Within this team, you will manage the Windchill CorePDM application, dedicated to the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) of our helicopters.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Roadmap: Define the overall roadmap for the Windchill application at an enterprise level, working in close collaboration with the Client/Product Owner, Technical Leader, and IT Operation Specialist.
  • Governance: Co-lead the governance of the application, with specific responsibility for the technical scope.
  • Strategy: Align the Windchill strategy with the broader digital transformation and corporate governance objectives.
  • Release Management: Take full responsibility for release content. Organize and plan the design, development, and deployment of application enhancements in coordination with the architect, technical leader, and development team.
  • Communication: Plan communication and ensure that all business stakeholders are kept clearly informed.
  • Costs: Manage the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of the Windchill platform, including licensing, major upgrades, and vendor relations.
  • Group Approach: Drive and foster synergies across the Airbus Group.
  • Risk Management: Raise alerts regarding risks and propose action plans to maintain the software on a supported/maintainable version, ensure compliance with Part-IS regulations, and mitigate cyber threats.
  • User Satisfaction: Identify opportunities and design a product that satisfies both the customer and the end‑user, while respecting Time, Quality, and Cost (TQC) commitments.
Your Profile:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product management or a similar field.
  • Excellent understanding of the aerospace / industrial engineering office environment (design, configuration management, product definition).
  • Good understanding of PLM systems, ideally the Windchill CorePDM application.
  • Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and ways of working.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills within complex environments.
  • Full autonomy in managing the role.
  • Fluent English is mandatory, combined with an advanced level of German or French.
3 Reasons to join us:
  • Our Values: Six core values form the heart of our company. Defined for employees by employees, our Airbus values shape the DNA of our business, reflecting the unique blend of qualities found in every member of our global family.
  • Inclusion and Diversity: We foster an inclusive and rewarding work environment where everyone's diversity is valued and respected. An inclusive and diverse workforce drives innovation at Airbus. It makes us unique and contributes to better problem‑solving.
Compensation and Benefits:

At Airbus, we build the future together, and your success is our priority.

You can expect a comprehensive, competitive, and transparent total rewards package (including base salary, bonuses, profit‑sharing, incentive schemes, and a preferred employee share ownership plan), designed to reward both the individual and collective impact you bring.

Benefits overview:
  • Professional development: Training, mentoring, and international mobility.
  • Health & Retirement: Comprehensive health insurance and pension plans.
  • Work‑life balance: Strong commitment to flexibility and parental support.

And for your day‑to‑day life, perks that make a difference:

  • A dynamic CSE (Works Council): Offering numerous benefits such as a subsidized company restaurant, children's holiday camps, sports clubs and facilities, travel allowances, and more.
