Job Overview: Provide necessary technical support to our clients and internal colleagues. Based in Gennevilliers.

Typical Daily Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical requests from clients.
  • Share knowledge and support internally for SODICA colleagues.
  • Explain and provide technical knowledge resources.
  • Follow product evolutions with EPC (obsolescence, catalog additions, supply issues, new product development).
  • Participate in developing the SODICA catalog and other technical support projects.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Gather issues and incidents.
  • Lead root cause investigations and propose action plans.
  • Research and formalize technical responses to client, supplier, and internal queries (e.g., parts identification).

Requirements for Success:

  • Diploma of BAC +2 in Electrotechnics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Methods, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial spare parts or elevator market.
  • Proficiency in computer tools.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish/Italian appreciated.
