Job Description:

We are seeking a Logistic Coordinator for our external Vendor-Flex Hub site in Alençon (61).

A Vendor Flex is a mini warehouse located at the supplier or a 3PL from which we ship Amazon customer orders for that supplier only.

You will coordinate operational processes and workflow, monitor key performance indicators, and communicate regularly with the logistics service provider.

Your responsibilities include planning personnel deployment, developing processes, and acting as a local Amazon representative, ensuring effective communication with employees, managers, and other departments. You should demonstrate technical knowledge, exemplary behavior, commitment, reliability, and a focus on safety and quality.

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and develop processes in the Vendor Flex area
- Supervise service relationships, focusing on processes within the logistics provider's warehouse: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, Shipping & Transportation, Quality
- Maintain direct contact with logistics provider representatives, purchasing, and transportation companies
- Monitor key metrics aligned with company goals and customer experience
- Provide advisory activities to improve production processes

Qualifications:
