Une entreprise de chimie cherche un Ingénieur HSE pour soutenir son équipe dans la mise en œuvre des exigences de santé, sécurité et environnement. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un Bac+5 en HSE ou gestion des risques industriels et une première expérience en milieu industriel à risque, idéalement dans le secteur chimique. Le poste exige une maîtrise du français et un bon niveau d'anglais technique.

Qualifications

• Première expérience en environnement industriel à risque avec des normes élevées comme Seveso.
• Connaissance des risques professionnels dans les industries chimiques.
• Bilingue français, connaissance pratique de l'anglais technique.

• Soutenir les équipes dans l'évaluation des risques et la prévention des dangers.
• Conduire des audits et observations de tâches pour proposer des plans d'action.
• Développer une culture de sécurité et de développement durable au sein des équipes.
• Assurer la diffusion des leçons apprises et des exigences HSE.
• Suivre et rapporter les événements HSE et les indicateurs de performance.
• Représenter le département HSE lors des échanges avec les parties prenantes.

L’Etablissement Roches-Roussillon / Bayonne consists of a melting pot in Bayonne and two industrial sites, named Les Roches & Roussillon. These sites are hosted, along with other industrial entities, on a chemical platform.

The sites of Roches and Roussillon are at the heart of methionine production, involved in every step of the amino acid's production chain.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the HSE Engineer of the Roches site, you will support operational teams in implementing on-site requirements related to Health, Safety, Environment within a certified environment (ISO, Feed) and equipped with an Integrated Management System (IMS).

Your main missions will include:

• Supporting teams in risk assessment (risk analysis, DUER Document Unique, etc.) and prevention of occupational hazards, as well as implementing risk control measures (organizational, human, or technical).

• Conducting audits and task observations to propose corrective action plans and update related documents (job sheets, operating procedures, etc.).

• Developing and embedding a safety and sustainable development culture within teams through dialogue, awareness, and training actions on standards and best practices in HSE.

• Ensuring the dissemination of lessons learned, REX, HSE requirements on the ground by leading internal communication actions (safety briefings, dynamic displays, meetings, etc.).

• Monitoring and reporting (timely and quality-wise) HSE events (near misses, incidents, accidents, etc.) and tracking HSE performance indicators.

• Representing the HSE department as a contact point during exchanges with internal and external stakeholders (CSSCT, operational and support services, companies and services on the Roussillon / Roches platform, contractors, etc.).

Qualifications

Engineer or Master's degree (Bac+5) with specialization in HSE, industrial risk management, or process chemistry with a strong interest in prevention.

First experience (significant internships or work-study programs) in a risk-prone industrial environment with high standards (Seveso), ideally in the chemical or pharmaceutical sector.

Rigor, field enthusiasm, analytical skills, agility and digital literacy, team-oriented mindset, knowledge of professional risks (chemical industries).

Fluent in French; practical knowledge of technical English (spoken and written).
