Qualifications

  • Poursuivant un Master en RH (M1 ou M2) ou Ingénierie de la Formation.
  • Expérience souhaitée en gestion des RH, formation ou organisation d'événements.
  • Anglais opérationnel à l'écrit et à l'oral.

Responsabilités

  • Collaborer avec l'équipe de l'Avril Academy pour des activités de formation.
  • Gérer et suivre les programmes de formation.

Position start: 1st July 2025, minimum 12 months contract.

Key missions:
  • Collaborate closely with the Avril Academy team, internal training university, and under the supervision of the Group Training Manager, to participate in training engineering and logistical and operational activities related to Avril Academy.
  • Plan, organize, manage, and monitor training programs (logistics, bookings, relations with trainers and training providers, administrative follow-up).
  • Support administrative and financial tasks related to training activities via our LMS Cornerstone (conventions, invitations, certificates, financial tracking, logistics, support materials).
  • Participate in follow-up meetings with training referents across entities.
  • Assist in implementing training programs, including needs analysis, content co-creation, communication, and deployment.
  • Contribute to the digitalization of training (content creation, onboarding paths, etc.).
  • Develop internal communication elements (social media posts, intranet, email campaigns).
Candidate profile:
  • Currently pursuing a Master’s in HR (M1 or M2) or Training Engineering.
  • Previous experience in HR management, training, event organization, or executive assistance is preferred.
  • Good adaptability, reactivity, interpersonal skills, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Operational level of written and spoken English, proficiency in Office tools like Excel.
  • Analytical skills, ability to work remotely with other departments.
