Open to contractual candidates: Yes, under derogation from civil servant applications. A contractual position may be offered pending civil service recruitment. The contract cannot exceed one year, renewable up to a total of two years.

Job description: Located in Sartrouville, the second largest city in Yvelines with 53,223 inhabitants, part of the Saint Germain Boucles de Seine urban community, offering a quality of life and excellent transport links to Paris, Poissy, and Cergy. The city is known for its services and environment.

Responsibilities and working conditions:

  1. Coordination and implementation of the Local Health Contract (CLS) and Mental Health Local Contract (CLSM):
    • Lead strategic orientation implementation;
    • Collaborate with health and mental health professionals, public institutions, associations;
    • Monitor and evaluate actions;
    • Develop detailed action plans based on public health priorities;
    • Identify needs and propose adjustments.
  2. Mobilization and animation of local actors:
    • Develop partnerships with health, social, and medico-social actors;
    • Animate thematic working groups;
    • Support professionals and volunteers in prevention and health promotion actions;
    • Organize training and workshops.
  3. Administrative and financial management:
    • Monitor budgets in collaboration with funders and financial services;
    • Draft reports and activity summaries;
    • Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance;
    • Seek additional funding and prepare grant applications.
  4. Participation in territorial health policy:
    • Implement territorial health policies defined by the city and ARS;
    • Initiate prevention actions and disseminate national campaigns;
    • Build and maintain partnerships;
    • Serve as liaison between the city and ARS.
  5. Communication and awareness:
    • Promote territorial health policy;
    • Implement communication actions and campaigns;
    • Organize events and awareness campaigns;
    • Develop communication supports for various audiences;
    • Coordinate with municipal services and local media.

Desired profiles:

  • Experience in project management in public health, urban policy, or social policies;
  • Good knowledge of health policies and the institutional field of health and medico-social sectors;
  • Skills in budget management and administrative follow-up;
  • Proficiency in digital tools and office software.
