Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Concierge.

Key Accountabilities

Work closely with communications management and department heads to support brand partnerships and hotel communications strategy, activities and implementation.

Update events calendar to include stakeholder events, PR and marketing activations, campaigns.

Manage social communication channels with fast and effective response rate, resolution and action.

You are responsible for collecting monthly press reports and the best press and written texts, in collaboration with the PR and communications team.

You are in charge of the organization and implementation of all company activities, from conception to implementation.

Work closely with the marketing and digital teams to develop creative and integrated content.

Work with the PR agency to promote our content and news and provide all necessary elements for presentation.

General Requirements

Education : university degree in hospitality and / or communications

Experience : a minimum of 2 years in the marketing and communications sector. Hotel experience is desirable, ideally in the marketing and / or communications department.

Language skills : English, French

Computer skills : Advanced computer skills and detailed knowledge of various computer programs, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
