Job summary

The Four Seasons Resort Megève is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. You will supervise and contribute to the preparation of high-quality dishes for our guests, ensuring consistent service in a luxury alpine setting.

We offer a 39-hour seasonal contract, meals on shift, uniform provision, and a housing allowance. Fluency in French and English and prior similar experience are preferred to thrive in our service-driven environment.

• Fluency in French and English is required.

About The Role

The Chef De Partie is responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders, ensuring consistent quality. This role requires a special talent and passion for ensuring the culinary team delivers the highest of culinary consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience.

What You Will Do

• Supervise Demi-Chef de Partie, Commis, Trainees.
• Carry out and ensure the set-up of ther section under the supervision of a Sous-Chef or the Chef.
• Manage production and product storage.
• Place merchandise orders according to activity levels.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous similar working experience.
• You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
