Requirements and Qualifications

What you bring:

1. Arrives to work on time in full, clean uniform
2. Fulfills all cook job responsibilities in order to contribute to a “one great shift” operation
3. Understands our menu to address any questions, including food allergy issues
4. Follows recipes while cooking and upholds specs to display a perfect presentation of every dish
5. Satisfies food handling requirements and food safety compliance
6. Running and end of shift side work; ensures work areas are stocked and ready for the next schedule
7. Experience in full-service restaurant desired
8. 3 yrs high volume experience preferred
9. Must have late night, holiday and weekend schedule flexibility
10. Team members must be 18 years of age at the time of hire

Hours of Operation: 11am – 12/1/2am (some nights, not all locations – see our website for details.)
