An international organization in Paris is seeking a highly operational role focused on project management and strategic planning. The role involves developing go-to-market strategies, coordinating revenue functions across teams, and managing key strategic projects. This position offers leadership potential and can expand to include managing the revenue organization.

We are an international organization operating across various countries, with multiple teams coordinating across different time zones and offices.
The role will be highly operational, involving project management, strategic planning, and cross-team alignment. Depending on seniority, there is potential for a leadership position, including managing the revenue organization.
The person in this role will report directly to the CEO and will lead all revenue initiatives. The position is expandable, allowing the candidate to take on additional responsibilities within their capacity.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing our GTM strategy, setting goals, and defining initiatives to achieve them
Coordinating various revenue functions such as Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Operations
Managing strategic projects like hiring, expansion, new product launches, and events
(Optional) Managing the revenue organization
