Odixcity Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Web Analytics Specialist to drive strategic decision-making through data. You will implement tracking, analyze user behavior, and create actionable reports to optimize website performance, marketing campaigns, and conversion rates.

The role requires transforming complex data into clear insights with strong self-motivation in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with marketing and development teams to enhance ROI and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on web analytics or digital marketing analytics.
• Expert proficiency with GA4 and GTM; SQL or data visualization skills are a plus.
• Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and create data-driven narratives.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms (GA4, GTM) for accurate data collection.
• Analyze web traffic, user behavior, and funnels to identify optimizations.
• Develop dashboards and reports (Looker Studio/Data Studio, Tableau) to track KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and development to design A/B and multivariate tests.
• Audit tracking implementations to detect data gaps or issues.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness.
