Sartorius AG in Aubagne seeks a Controller (F/M) to execute controlling tasks and develop standards to support growth of the group. You will ensure regulatory and financial reporting, budgets, forecasts and strong internal controls working with the Operations team.

We value economics/industrial engineering background, SAP/Tableau expertise, and strong analytical and communication skills. French manufacturing environment, English usage, and cross-functional collaboration are key.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in economics or industrial engineering with focus on controlling.
• Professional experience in manufacturing controlling is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP, Tableau and MS-Office is required.
• Good command of English and strong analytical abilities.
• Clear and effective communication within cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual results.
• Implement the local budget and forecasts.
• Collaborate in the local controlling team, focusing on operations controlling.
• Plant performance steering: measure productivity, reject rate, inventory variance and link to Plant P&L.
• Support Operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and track impact on P&L.
• Prepare standard business analyses for management teams.
• Coordinate reporting processes, monitor deadlines, and create reconciliation accounts for org changes.
• Ensure quality control over financial reporting.
• Support CAPEX processes and decision-making.
• Collaborate in risk management processes.
