France Élévateur is seeking a plant controller to manage controlling activities for one or more production sites.

You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analyze production KPIs and costs, and support budgeting, forecasts, and profitability analyses. Collaboration with international teams and strong Excel/ERP skills are essential.

Fluency in English, French, and Spanish is preferred, with hands-on attitude and effective communication to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years of experience in plant controlling or manufacturing finance.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in cooperation with Finance and Operations.
• Analyze production KPIs, cost structures, and variances.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
• Support plant management in operational and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor material, labor, manufacturing, and overhead costs.
• Develop and improve reporting and controlling processes.
• Prepare investment calculations and business cases.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with internal control standards.
• Collaborate with international teams across the group.

About the Role
