We are currently recruiting for a Controller to join our team!

Your role will be to contribute to the performance of the Business Unit by ensuring part of the financial control, analyzing and communicating to the leadership the information necessary for good decision-making.

We are looking for an experienced Controller to undertake cost controlling and reporting, participate in budget and forecasts preparation, manage payroll accounting and contribute to the improvement of internal control policies and procedures.

As our Controller, you’ll support HID’s success by performing the below:

• Support the business unit Vice President and all departments providing reliable analysis and driving strong controllership and business partnership.
• Participate in the process of Annual Budgeting & ad-hoc Forecasting by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data.
• Provide the monthly Financial reporting according to Assa Abloy standards.
  • Provide the company's costs and revenues analysis vs Budget.
  • Analyze the gross margin and propose optimization.
  • Calculate standard and real costs in conjunction with Supply Chain manager.
• Be responsible for the control, analysis and reporting of the capex executed and registered.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Manage the intercompany reconciliation.
  • Assist in the payroll process collecting the necessary information and posting the journal entries.
• Propose and update the Financial processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

What we will love about your background:

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Controller or in a similar position in an international company.
• Complete End-To-End understanding of P&L analysis.
• Self-starter with strong communication.
• Positive attitude, ability to work well under pressure.
• Committed to deliver with high outputs and quality level.
• Great attention to detail and deadline oriented.
• Excellent planning and organization capabilities.

Your Experience and Education include:

• Master's degree in Controlling or Finance.
• Experience with Navision or similar ERP system.
• Knowledge of HFM or similar financial reporting system.
• Familiarity with IFRS is a plus.
