Position: Controlleur de Gestion (Management Controller) - CDI, Logistics / Supply Chain Site

Our client, a recognized leader in its field, is seeking to hire a Management Controller for its new Logistics / Supply Chain site. Working closely with the Site Director and collaborating with the group's finance department, you will autonomously manage the following responsibilities:

Site Management Control

• Prepare and analyze the income statement
• Develop and implement the budgeting process and monitor expenses
• Lead activity reporting
• Develop and implement analytical information systems
• Design and adapt group management tools (dashboards, indicators, control procedures)
• Conduct decision-making studies for the Executive Committee, acting as a business partner

Supply Chain Activity Control

• Define the methodology for calculating Supply Chain costs and ensure practice harmonization
• Distribute a harmonized dashboard of Supply Chain indicators
• Prepare the transportation budget for the Units
• Serve as the reference for other controllers on Supply Chain topics
• Participate in managing logistics performance
• Analyze costs related to preparation, delivery, and storage
• Provide economic insights and monitor performance levels upon request from Supply Chain management
• Alert Supply Chain and related managers in case of deviations or cost issues
• Propose cost optimization strategies and work on flow hypotheses with Supply Chain
• Ensure cost accuracy in project calculations, transportation quotes, and logistics costs

Candidate Profile

Hold a Bac+5 degree in management control/finance and have at least 3 years of successful experience in management control. You are organized, autonomous, rigorous, and concise. You enjoy teamwork and possess interpersonal skills to adapt to different stakeholders.

Contract: CDI, Full-time

Salary: €38,000 to €42,000 annually, based on profile, paid over 13 months + variable bonus
