## Job Description## About the RoleThe company is seeking a Management Controller to support performance management across a multi-site operational scope. Reporting to the Finance Department, the role is responsible for analyzing monthly results, monitoring financial indicators, and helping business leaders understand and act on their performance.This position also plays a key role in the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and the preparation of management reporting for leadership.
