Zusammenfassung

FinOps à Aix-en-Provence recherche un Contrôleur de gestion des finances pour piloter l’analyse analytique, le suivi des coûts et la production de dashboards destinés au pilotage de l’établissement.

Vous travaillerez avec les services administratifs, le département médical et les partenaires externes, en veillant à la fiabilité des données et au contrôle des subventions et des projets.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree level qualification in finance or management control, or at least 2 years of experience in the same hospital role.
• 1 year of experience required.
• Ability to work with activity monitoring indicators.
• Ability to calculate margins and profitability for a product or activity.

Aufgaben

• Mettre en œuvre la comptabilité analytique via des enquêtes et du reporting obligatoires.
• Maintenir et mettre à jour la structure et Convergence.
• Préparer et distribuer des tableaux de bord pour le suivi financier et d’activité.
• Vérifier la fiabilité des données d’activité (PMSI et Pastel) en coordination avec le Département Information Médicale.
• Évaluer et suivre les coûts des projets et les subventions.
• Concevoir des méthodes et outils d’analyse en accord avec les directives méthodologiques.
• Produire des états analytiques par département et participer aux réunions.
• Suivre le financement de la petite enfance (budget CAF) et les subventions.
• Suivre la configuration et l’utilisation de MIPIH, QL, BO et autres outils en coordination avec les partenaires.
• Suivre les subventions opérationnelles et d’investissement et leur utilisation financière.

The role contributes to the production of mandatory reporting and internal management dashboards used to monitor the performance of the institution and its departments.This position works closely with administrative departments, the Medical Information Department, care units, external partners, and IT providers.
