Job summary

Bizzdesign is seeking a highly skilled Control Systems and Cybersecurity Assistant to join our international IT and Security team. You will help design, monitor, and protect our enterprise control systems while upholding top cybersecurity standards across our global operations.

You will collaborate with IT, DevOps, and R&D teams, participate in vulnerability management, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and IEC 62443 across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as Control Systems or Cybersecurity.
• 5+ years in control systems engineering, IT security, or industrial cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in English, French and German (written and spoken).
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, IEC 62443 standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, deploying, and maintaining industrial and enterprise control systems.
• Monitor IT networks and control systems for anomalies and threats.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and supervised penetration testing.
• Support implementing advanced cybersecurity measures and compliance standards.
• Maintain detailed docs of architectures, security configurations, and incidents.
• Collaborate with IT/DevOps/R&D to remediate risks and optimize performance.
• Ensure security policies across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments.
• Help develop and deliver employee cybersecurity awareness programs.
