9. Prove export oil meters.

2) Marine/Safety

1. Implement and enforce O&M Contractor Operations Management System policies and procedures, including Isolation Standards and PTW.
2. Carry out all operations safely and in an environmentally sound manner.
3. Report all discharges, leaks, spills, injuries, and incidents immediately.
4. Ensure personnel understand and comply with current environmental regulations.
5. Carry out Emergency Response roles.

3) Maintenance

1. Assist maintenance operations by applying/removing isolations as required.
2. Supervise the operation of the PTW system.
3. Advise maintenance personnel on hazards of plant and equipment.
4. Maintain clear and precise communication during maintenance operations.
5. Coordinate activities and resources across teams or shifts.
6. Contribute to training and assessment of personnel.
7. Control activities and develop subordinate personnel.
8. Record and report on personnel development, appraisals, and competence assessments as required.
9. Aim for efficiency improvement and pursue company goals.
10. Create and maintain effective working relationships.

Requirements

1. Minimum 4 years in hydrocarbon processing operations, including at least 1 year as CCRO, with a mix of operational and supervisory experience.
2. Offshore Personal Survival, Management of Major Emergencies, Medical certificates.
3. Good troubleshooting and operations knowledge, including interpretation of P&IDs and C&E charts.
4. Extensive knowledge of offshore FPSO operations, including Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Safety.
5. Good working knowledge of DCS and F&G systems operation.
6. Medically fit with offshore international standards such as ENG1 or equivalent.
7. Personal Skills: Conscientious, flexible, versatile, and determined. Capable of assertive and positive communication and performance. Leadership: Good safety and supervisory leadership skills. Good communication in English. Understanding of personnel behavioral and team issues. Flexible in work approaches. Technical: High standard of technical and professional knowledge. Good knowledge of DCS/SCADA systems. Some knowledge of cargo handling and marine utility systems where appropriate. IT: Practical familiarity with standard Office software, internet, and email systems.
