An established industry player is seeking an experienced Control Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical assets in offshore wind farms. This role involves managing high voltage systems, ensuring safety protocols, and optimizing power production. With responsibilities that include coordinating electrical network activities and maintaining operational logs, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to renewable energy initiatives. Role Definition
Job Purpose : Responsible for the operation and maintenance of wind farm electrical assets, including the HV and LV power systems. As an asset operator, you will perform and coordinate electrical switching activities, execute daily electrical network operations and management, respond to emergency and critical alarms, and maintain Wind Farm’s transmission assets. You will act as Control Engineer and CCO according to the "Le code general de manoeuvres des réseaux électriques – ouvrages HT" (General Code of Operations for High Voltage Electricity Networks - CGMO-HV).

Qualification Requirements include at least 3 years of HV network management experience up to 225KV, control engineering or senior authorized person qualifications, and offshore wind farm experience. Fluency in English is required, French is advantageous.
Training certifications such as NF C18-510 and GWO courses are necessary.
Conditions include locations in Saint Nazaire (2024-2025) and Dieppe (2026), with potential offshore operations. Rotation is 2 weeks on/off, with day and night shifts, 12-hour shifts. The start date is ASAP, with a renewable 1-year contract. The role is based in France on an offshore wind farm project.
