The Contract Engineer optimizes project risk and opportunity management through effective contractual management with clients, partners, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Contract Analysis and Compliance :
2. Analyze and summarize main contracts for project teams
3. Ensure adherence to contractual procedures

1. Risk and Claims Management :
2. Identify and analyze potential claims and contractual risks
3. Develop strategies for claim management and dispute resolution
4. Review payment requests and subcontractor certificates
5. Assess financial impacts of contractual variations

1. Negotiation and Communication :
2. Lead contractual negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
3. Draft and manage contractual correspondence

1. Project Optimization :
2. Identify opportunities for time and cost savings within contractual framework
3. Advise on contractual aspects of project planning

Qualifications :

You have a Masters Degree in Engineering or Business Law and over 5 years of contract management experience for complex projects.

You have proficiency in international contracts and strong knowledge of contract law and risk management.

You are / have :

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
• Native or equivalent in English proficiency.
