Renvolt Energy in Paris is seeking a motivated Legal & Contracts Intern to support our Legal team on a contract database migration project. You will assist with review, data extraction, and uploading contracts into the CLM system.

Ideal for a law student or recent graduate, this internship offers practical experience in contract management, with emphasis on accuracy, data quality, and reporting. Familiarity with Excel and Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Law or recently graduated.
• Basic knowledge of contract law and commercial agreements.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with large volumes of documents and repetitive data entry.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Review and upload contracts into the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
• Extract and record key contractual information, including overall cap of liability and other metadata as required.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract data.
• Assist with quality checks and reporting throughout the migration project.
