Renvolt, a Voltalia Group subsidiary, is seeking a motivated Legal & Contracts Intern to support the Legal team with a contract database migration project in Paris. This internship is ideal for a law student or recent graduate seeking practical experience in contract management and legal operations.

You'll review and upload contracts into the CLM system, extract key metadata such as liquidated damages and liability caps, ensure data accuracy, and assist with quality checks and reporting

Qualifications

• Currently studying Law or recently graduated.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Review and upload contracts into the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
• Extract and record key contractual information (e.g., liquidated damages, liability cap) and other metadata.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract data; assist with quality checks and reporting throughout migration.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal & Contracts Intern to support our Legal team with a contract database migration project. This internship is ideal for a law student or recent graduate seeking practical experience in contract management and legal operations.

• Review and upload contracts into the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
• Extract and record key contractual information, including:
  
  • Liquidated damages provisions
  • Overall cap of liability
  • Other contractual metadata, as required
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract data.
• Assist with quality checks and reporting throughout the migration project.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Currently studying Law or recently graduated.
• Basic knowledge of contract law and commercial agreements.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with large volumes of documents and repetitive data entry.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
