Job summary

Lemrock is seeking an Analytics Engineer (freelance, full-time) to dig into multiple data sources and turn findings into product changes. You will work directly with founders and the product/engineering teams in a Paris-based, hybrid setup.

Required 3+ years in analytics engineering or similar, advanced SQL and Python, and experience with BigQuery, dbt, Lightdash or similar BI tools. Strong knowledge of A/B testing and dataset quality is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst or Data Engineer with hands-on analysis work.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Dimensional modelling on BigQuery (dbt or equivalent).
• Experience building semantic layers and BI on top of it.

Responsibilities

• Explore data sources: conversations, web and behavioural events, campaign data, product metadata.
• Measure impact with A/B tests and feed results back into analyses.
• Build and maintain models, semantic layer and shared metrics for the team.
• Write and maintain Claude Code skills and update production pipelines.
