Une entreprise de recherche clinique de premier plan recherche un Analyste Contractuel pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique en France. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la préparation, de la négociation et de la finalisation des contrats et budgets liés aux essais cliniques. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des équipes internationales pour analyser les conditions contractuelles et évaluer les risques. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de contrats dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais et français.

Responsibilities

As a Contract Analyst homebased in France, you will be joining our dedicated sponsor team!

What you will be doing:

  1. Prepare, negotiate and finalize agreements and budgets related to clinical trials.
  2. Provide support to the clinical team in the pricing, planning, execution, and control of site/investigator budgets and contracts.
  3. Work with global teams to review and analyze contractual terms and conditions. Assess legal and budget risks in conjunction with team support functions. Partner with Healthcare Compliance, Risk Management, Privacy, and other stakeholders to obtain guidance and drive resolution. Escalate as appropriate.
  4. Analyze investigator fees in relation to fair market value pricing and ensure alignment with regional standards and the pricing guidelines. Participate in and/or lead approval escalations as appropriate.
  5. Provide support for negotiations in confidentiality agreements, informed consent forms, and other ancillary contract documents as required.
  6. Participate in discussions related to the development of site/investigator budgets aligned with fair market value.
  7. Manage the contract amendment lifecycle.
  8. Analyze contract requests/needs from operating companies and translate them into appropriate contracts/budgets for company-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trial agreements and other relevant legal documents as they relate to various clinical projects.
Qualifications

What you will need:

  1. Minimum 2 years’ experience managing/negotiating contracts and budgets in the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO.
  2. Solid knowledge on "contrat unique"
  3. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
  4. Familiarity with healthcare compliance and other relevant guidance (HIPAA, FCPA, Safe Harbor, etc.).
  5. Familiarity with clinical research processes.
  6. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  7. Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  8. Strong and proven negotiation and problem resolution skills.
  9. Fluency in English and French.
